| Washington Equestrian Estates is located 30 minutes from Downtown Toronto, and 5 minutes north of the 401, and close to all Durham Region Residents. We offer 115 rolling acres with 15 acres of creek. The barn is fully equipped with a bright large modern indoor arena 77' x 180' equaling 13,860 square feet. The barn has 30 box stalls, 20 of which are 10' x 12' and 10 of which are 8' x 10', and the barn is complete with an observation room office and feed and tack area. The stable area of the barn offers 7700 feet of nice roomy isles and stalls. Outdoor riding ring and dedicated jump paddock are also on the premises. Our riding facility is safe, supervised and very private with gorgeous scenery. We are open year round for lessons and day camps and boarding is available to approved customers. |
